Returns
Ox & Cart offers a straightforward returns process and aims to resolve any issues fairly.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
To request a return, please contact us using the contact form on our Contact page or email support@oxcart.co.uk, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. All returns must be approved before items are sent back.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Ox & Cart does not charge restocking fees.
